Construction overview

The developer was Michel Soons,  well known on the Island of Sint Maarten for his many developments to name a few:

  • Madame Esate

  • Union Farm Estate,

  • The Valley Dawn Beach

  • Little Bay harmony Bel Air

  • Harbour View

  • Shopping area in the harbour of Sint Maarten

  • St Rose Arcade. 

  • Mr. Soons studied economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and started his working career by Moret & Limperg now Ernest & Young. In 1981 he started his own management consultants firm and in 1986 he entered the project development world. Mr. Soons is Chairman of the supervisory Board of St  Maarten Harbour Holding Company N.V., Chairman of the Foundation Tax Committee and board member of the White and Yellow Cross Foundation. Shareholder in Pelican Key's Eleganzia N.V. is Peter Soons a retired medical doctor.

Construction was done by LICCOM N.V. a well known construction company on the island of Sint-Maarten. Their most recent projects :

  • Harbour View
